Staphylococcus pasteuri

Title: Staphylococcus pasteuri

Description: I chose to swab a weight from the weight room right here on the UAF campus. Luckily I didn’t find anything alarming or worrying. I learned a lot about Staphylococcus bacteria from this project, as I think many other people did as well. The strain I isolated turned out to be Staphylococcus pasteuri, commonly found on our skin and in our noses. Read my paper to learn more about it!
