The Unseen World of Cheese

Where would we be without cheese? My tacos would be nearly unrecognizable, and Pizza Hut would be out of business.   I like how they say that bacteria from the farmers hand can even change how the cheese tastes and its formation; something so small can change everything about the cheese.
